A Nigerian businessman identified as Festus has gone viral after sharing how he has been intentionally putting effort into showing love to his wife, saying he is avoiding any “Chike situation” in their marriage.
His Facebook post, which has been widely circulated online, detailed the deliberate actions he has been taking to keep their relationship close and affectionate.

According to Festus, he has been more intentional with his wife’s care and attention in recent days.
He said he reminded her about her hair, encouraging her to fix it and offering to pay for it.
He also mentioned plans to take her out and spoil her, but said he couldn’t do so as he was feeling a bit down at the time.
Cuddling and Playful Moment at Home
Festus further described a playful and affectionate moment with his wife, saying he became more loving than usual during the night.
Adjusting Work Time for Marriage
The businessman also revealed that he adjusted his work schedule to spend more time at home with his wife.
In his words: “my brotherrrrrrr! This matter tie wrapper ooh. I even reminded her yesterday that her hair is not looking good, that she should go and make it and bill me. Then I wanted to take her out yesterday and spoil her but I was a bit down. I also cuddled her like never before last night, even when she tried to loosen herself I grabbed her tight until she started screaming ‘this man do you want to keel me’? No space for Chike here. Sheybi I suppose close work by 5:30pm as usual but now I don already close make I go stay with my wife abeg. My closing time now is 3:30pm until Chike matter is over. If sales boy want to tiff something make him tiff.”
