George Ilenikhena says Nigeria can secure a second win when the Super Eagles meet Guinea‑Bissau in their next 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Tuesday, with the game set for 5 p.m. Nigerian time at the 24 de Setembro Stadium in Bissau.
Both nations entered the match on winning notes: Nigeria recovered from an early deficit to defeat Madagascar 2‑1 in Uyo, while Guinea‑Bissau earned a 2‑0 away victory against Tanzania.
The 19‑year‑old forward, who made his debut against Madagascar and netted the equaliser after coming off the bench, told Super Eagles media that the squad has prepared thoroughly and he is ready to give his best if the coach selects him, pending medical clearance after a knock suffered in the opening game, as confirmed by coach Eric Chelle.
