Carter Efe claims Wizkid ignored his song while Davido turned his fortunes around

Carter Efe, a Nigerian streamer and content creator, said on August 26, 2026 that a track he sent to Wizkid received no response, whereas Davido’s support dramatically improved his situation.

He described Davido’s arrival as a turning point, noting that the Afrobeats star entered his life during a difficult period and offered assistance that “changed my whole life in two seconds.”
