American pop icon Lady Gaga, whose birth name is Stefani Germanotta, is reported to have given birth to her first child with entrepreneur Michael Polansky, according to US outlets cited by Page Six and People. No further details have been released.

Gaga, now 40, had previously spoken about her wish to have a family. She and Polansky have been together since 2020 and announced their engagement in 2024.
