Nana Otedola opened up about her initial apprehension when she learned that her daughter, Temi Otedola, was expecting her first child with singer‑entrepreneur Mr Eazi, speaking candidly during a conversation with the couple.
She said, “When you got pregnant, I was scared because Tosin works in the entertainment industry and travels a lot. I spent most of my parenting years raising my children on my own, and I didn’t want my daughter to go through the same thing. I was worried she’d be left at home alone with the baby,” explaining that Mr Eazi’s frequent travel was her chief concern.
Nana also expressed surprise at the timing, noting, “I was shocked you guys were having a baby so soon. I thought you’d spend about three years enjoying the honeymoon phase,” adding that she had expected a longer period before the couple started a family.
