Nicki Minaj Could Lose $20M Mansion Over Husband’s Assault Case

Rap superstar Nicki Minaj is reportedly facing the potential loss of her $20 million Hidden Hills mansion in Los Angeles due to an unpaid court-ordered debt tied to her husband Kenneth Petty’s 2019 assault case.
The debt stems from a lawsuit filed by German security chief Thomas Weidenmüller, who accused Petty of punching him during the Nicki WRLD Tour in Germany, leaving him with a broken jaw that required eight surgeries. A court awarded Weidenmüller $503,318 in damages, but Minaj and Petty have allegedly failed to pay, despite repeated demands.
Weidenmüller’s legal team is now seeking a court order to sell Minaj’s 11-bedroom mansion to recover the judgment. With the home valued at $20 million and roughly $6 million in equity after accounting for mortgage and exemptions, the sale could fully satisfy the debt.
Minaj, whose net worth is estimated between $150-190 million, has yet to publicly address the situation, adding to a year filled with controversies for the global rap icon.
